- Develop and lead the HR team, ensuring excellence in service and results.
Strategy and Leadership:
- Continuous improvement of our people strategy, aligning with broader business goals.
- Drive organisational culture enhancements, elevating engagement levels.
- Foster relationships at all levels, providing HR support, guidance, and challenge.
- Research, benchmark, and present a compelling compensation & benefits framework.
- Act as a senior leader, collaborating with Directors and stakeholders to raise the profile of the HR Team
- Spearhead HR projects, policies, and processes for continuous improvement.
Talent Attraction & Retention
- Attract and retain top-tier talent, fortifying our employer brand.
- Invest in employees through robust appraisal, succession planning, and talent spotting.
- Design and deliver impactful HR-related training sessions.

- Seasoned explorer in the vast landscapes of HR, preferably at the senior management level.
- Proven skills in people management, with a track record of leading HR teams to victory.
- CIPD Level 5 certification.
- Commercial acumen; thinking like an owner is key, with a strategic vision that sees opportunities.
- Negotiation skills that would close the biggest sale.
- An up-to-date knowledge UK employment law and legislation.
- Ability to speak the language of senior executives and present ideas with flair and conviction.
- IT literacy, with mastery in word, excel, email, and the internet.
