The Fragrance Shop are on the lookout for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our company!
Role Overview
Responsible for helping to manage the store to achieve the Company objectives by providing excellent customer service. To maximise sales and establish efficient methods of operation and maximise profitability. The role will include leading customer service focus by playing a hands-on role and candidates must have a sale’s focused mentality. Assist the manager in leading the team, and get the opportunity to grow your skills every day.
Required Skills
- Previous managerial experience within a sale’s focused environment
- Customer service focused
- Strong Sales and KPI mentality
- People management skills (e.g., communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration)
- Adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Maintaining responsibility for the keys issued to them.
- Covering the store when Manager is off or away.
