The role:

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join us on a 7-month fixed-term contract.

As part of a multi-channel retail business with ambitious growth plans, the Visual Merchandising Coordinator will manage the brand and commercial space agreements of the stores to deliver commercial objectives and customer conversion.

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will be predominantly based at our FQ in Trafford Park but will also visit stores across the UK.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Contribute to regular range review to evaluate product range and new launches.

Ensure that store merchandising guidelines are effective and current for all brand agreements.

Maintain all non-promotional brand material and manage whole supply chain.

Work with stores to ensure that backwall space instructions are implemented, and issues highlighted are resolved.

Support with Brand Header updates – liaise with the suppliers to check assets are correct, then print and execute in store.

Supplier personalisation in stores including temporary or permanent fixtures.

Working with suppliers/Store ops/contractors to roll out changes and updates.

Support with store communications regarding brand extension, brand placement, header updates.

 

What you’ll bring:

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing engaging visual displays, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects, ideally working in an office-based VM role. Proficiency in design software and a solid understanding of current retail and design trends are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate brand vision into in-store displays are key to success in this role.
