Are you a dynamic, creative marketeer, experienced in guiding and managing a retail marketing team to deliver a best-in-class brand experience?
Our ideal candidate will possess the skill and experience of developing and delivering marketing strategies and plans - delivering impactful, omnichannel marketing campaigns is essential. You must be able to communicate key business messages to target audiences, through a range of platforms and channels. You will lead the Marketing and Creative teams on the full end-to-end process surrounding brand, campaigns and promotions across stores and web channels. You will be a self-starter, commercially astute, ideally with a retail background, constantly looking to drive the business forward and develop the brand.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team across Brand development, Campaign and Promotion planning, creation and delivery, PR, Content, Graphic Design, Photography and Live Selling
Ensuring campaigns and promotions are planned, created and delivered on-time and on-budget
Own the Marketing Calendar across store and web channels
Working closely with the CMO to develop and execute the core marketing strategy
Ensuring that all Marketing work is continually optimised in terms of delivery and profitability
Mentor and drive a high-performance culture within the Marketing team
Mange budgets and negotiate commercials with marketing asset suppliers

Manage and develop the Marketing team
Commercially focus the priorities of the team
Input into the brand strategy, and implement it
Drive customer engagement with the brand
Ensure the smooth planning, delivery and execution of the omnichannel marketing campaigns and promotions
Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years experience of managing Marketing and Creative teams
5+ years experience of Brand management
Analytical skills, able to interpret and create relevant reports with KPIs and actionable outputs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to effectively manage key working relationships, ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment (project management skills desirable)
