Job Title: Marketing Executive - Scentaddict.


Reports to: Head of Marketing, The Fragrance Shop.


Role Overview: The Marketing Executive for Scentaddict is a hands-on, detail-oriented professional dedicated to the strategic and operational marketing efforts supporting our premium fragrance subscription service, Scentaddict. This role demands a proactive approach, with the individual expected to dive into the nitty-gritty of marketing tasks. They will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement while contributing to the overarching brand strategy of The Fragrance Shop.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on Execution: Directly engage in and oversee the day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring every detail aligns with Scentaddict's brand and objectives.

2. Customer Acquisition: Design, oversee, and execute campaigns to attract and onboard new Scentaddict subscribers.

3. Subscriber Retention and Engagement: Launch initiatives to heighten subscriber loyalty, reduce churn, and amplify customer lifetime value for Scentaddict.

4. Content Creation: Partner with creative teams to curate captivating and brand-aligned content for Scentaddict across diverse platforms.

5. Integrated Retail Analysis: Regularly analyse performance metrics from both online platforms and physical retail environments. Use insights to drive actionable strategies ensuring the optimal performance of the Scentaddict proposition across all sales channels.

By incorporating this point, candidates will understand the importance of having a holistic view of Scentaddict's performance across various sales channels. This emphasizes the need for adaptability and the ability to think critically about both digital and traditional retail landscapes.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer service, retail) and external partners to ensure a unified approach in marketing initiatives and overall business aspirations.

7. Budget Management: Oversee and manage the Scentaddict marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.

8. Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to ensure Scentaddict remains at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Understanding over digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Familiarity with the fragrance or beauty industry is highly desirable.
