Role Overview:   

We are seeking a creative and driven Campaign Executive to join our team and support the Campaign Manager in planning, co-ordinating, and implementing various marketing campaigns in alignment with our Brand Calendar. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute omni-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Additionally, measuring and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of campaigns will be crucial in understanding how adaptations can benefit and impact our overall marketing strategy.

ROLE:  

As a champion of all things The Fragrance Shop, you will be responsible for:  

 

*       Assist the Campaign Manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns in line with the Brand Calendar, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. 

*       Collaborate with internal teams, including ecommerce, creative, product, and Trade brand, to gather input and insights for campaign planning and execution. 

*       Coordinate all aspects of campaign implementation, including campaign briefing, creative development, asset production, and distribution across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print, events). 

*       Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaign deliverables on time and within budget. 

*       Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategy and messaging. 

*       Support the Campaign Manager in developing campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and goals. 

*       Assist with the preparation of campaign-related materials, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management. 

*       Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all campaign communications and materials reflect the brand identity and values consistently. 

*       Manage the distribution of campaign POS to our +200 stores ensuring each store has the planned volume and delivered intime for campaign go live.  

*       Manage the DRB communications on campaigns for store managers to understand what they should be promoting. 

*       Support on the management of uploading content to the store digital screens inline with campaigns.  

 

SKILLS:  

*       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, Fashion, or experience in a previous campaign management related role. 

*       Understanding the importance of teamwork and collaborative working.  

*       Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

*       Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative campaign ideas and strategies.

*       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.

*       Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
