We have an amazing opportunity for someone looking to shape the future direction of our online fragrance, hair and skin care offering as Head of Ecommerce.


In the role you will be;


*       Overseeing the daily operations of the Shopify, On Buy and Ebay stores.


*       Responsible for the overall eCommerce Strategy, helping develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention.


*       Improving sales & conversion through launching additional online sales & conversion drivers including add to basket, upsell and cross sell products, product recommendations.


*       Proactively trading the website by merchandising product to drives sales and by proposing and implementing new and reactive activity when required to drive KPIs.


*       Working with commercial team to ensure the correct product stock and ranges are available, with the right descriptions, images and body copy to.


*       Working closely with Marketing and B&M to create and deliver a strong seasonally relevant trading plan which will deliver KPIs.


*       Ensuring that product launches, promotions and content are timely, accurate and delivering on KPIs for both our own site and marketplace channels


*       Co-ordinating with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels and fulfilment processes, to minimise stock ours and overstocks.


*       Optimizing the online customer experience to improve usability, engagement, and satisfaction to drive conversion and retention.


*       Developing and implementing best practices for UX/UI design and A/B testing.


*       Managing the trading on Marketplaces including the upload of products, marketing campaigns and service level attainment.


*       Leading the holistic traffic management and digital marketing campaigns across all digital marketing channels to achieve sales targets.


*       Leading and mentoring a team of ecommerce professionals. Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

You will need:

*       At least 3 Years' experience of B2C Ecommerce/Online Trading at management level

*       Experience of Omnichannel retail preferable

*       Experience of working effectively with external partners

*       Experience in using the relevant eCommerce & Advertising platforms

*       Strong focus on results and achieving targets through a data driven mindset

*       Track record of producing high quality, accurate work under pressure

*       Be experienced in day-to-day ecommerce site management ensuring promotions and content are timely, accurate and on Brand to deliver KPI's

*       Strong leadership, organisation, interpersonal & communication Skills

*       Ability to work completely on your own initiative to drive results & align requirements cross functionally

*       A trading mindset and a willingness to be across all areas of the business including buying, merchandising, operations and supply-chain is a must

*       Knowledge of Shopify platform and marketplaces preferrable

*       Strong Excel proficiency and an analytical mindset
