The Fragrance Shop, the UK’s leading Independent Fragrance retailer is now recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the growing Digital team and be based out of our Head Office located at Trafford Park, Manchester.
You’ll need to have an in depth understanding of the customers omnichannel journey and know how to deploy each channel to successfully engage and acquire new customers, with proven experience and a successful track record in implementing PPC best practices. Furthermore, be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in implementing strategies across paid social. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you should have excellent managerial skills to lead and develop the junior members of the team.

You will have the backing of the wider marketing team to make and shape the digital marketing strategy with growth at the heart of everything you do. We are looking for the right person to really take this role and make it their own!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day to day paid media activity to hit business KPIs.
* Execute the paid strategy in our core markets to drive traffic, revenue, and new customer acquisition.
* Support junior members of the team with training across PPC & Paid Social
* Ad creation across PPC & Paid Social to improve all areas of the account, and drive results.
* Execute a testing strategy to ensure constant optimisation across all channels.
* Report on key KPIs to monitor and develop successful channel performance.
* Ensure paid media activity is market leading, innovative and effective in execution.
* Follow market/technology trends and ensure account hygiene is best in class.
Person specification:
Due to the specific skills and experience that we require candidates to have for this position, we will only be able to proceed forward with candidates who match our essential requirements stated below:
* Minimum 2 years PPC & Paid Social experience, with a previous role in retail beneficial.
* Deep knowledge of the core principles of Paid advertising
* Experience utilising performance marketing ad channels, including Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Google Analytics.
* Ability to apply paid media knowledge to wider marketing campaign ideas.
* Passionate for digital marketing and understanding of the newest industry developments.
* Ambitious and driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
