The Fragrance Shop, the UK’s leading Independent Fragrance retailer is now recruiting for a Affiliates Executive to join the growing Digital team and be based out of our Head Office located at Trafford Park, Manchester.
We’re looking for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Affiliate Executive to join our growing digital team. You’ll play a key role in scaling our affiliate and partnership marketing activity to drive new customer acquisition and maximise ROI from the channel.
You will be part of a growing team which is being built on the back of huge and continued success. You will have the backing of the wider marketing team to make and shape the digital strategy with growth at the heart of everything you do. We are looking for the right person to really take this role and make it their own!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate networks and key partners
* Support the planning and execution of partner campaigns to align with trade plans and promotional activity
* Monitor performance and provide regular reporting on key KPIs including clicks, conversions, new vs returning customers, and ROI
* Work closely with the wider performance marketing team to ensure integrated campaign delivery
* Maintain tracking accuracy and ensure seamless onboarding of new partners
* Identify new growth opportunities across content, cashback, voucher, and influencer affiliates
* Coordinate creative assets and promotional offers with internal teams
* Assist in budget planning and forecasting across affiliate activity
Person specification:
Due to the specific skills and experience that we require candidates to have for this position, we will only be able to proceed forward with candidates who match our essential requirements stated below:
* Experience working in affiliate marketing, either in-house or at an agency/network
* Strong communication skills and confidence managing partner relationships
* Analytical mindset – confident using Excel/Google Sheets and affiliate tracking platforms
* Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Awin, Rakuten, Impact, or Partnerize
* Strong organisational skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment
* Passion for digital marketing and always on the lookout for the next opportunity
