Fraegra is a modern fragrance boutique built on hospitality, craft, and emotional intelligence.
We curate the world’s most compelling niche and heritage fragrance brands and present them through residential retail, calm, tactile, intentional spaces where guests are welcomed as individuals, not transactions.

We are now building the founding team who will define the tone, memory, and reputation of Fraegra in the North.
THE ROLE — FRAEGRANIST
You are not here to sell fragrance. You are here to understand people, translate feeling, and create moments that stay with them.
As a Fraegranist, you will host guests through thoughtful, intuitive consultations, listening carefully, noticing details others miss, and remembering what matters for next time.
You will be known for:
- Making guests feel genuinely welcome and at ease
- Delivering calm, confident fragrance consultations
- Explaining fragrance clearly and beautifully, without jargon
- Remembering preferences, occasions, and sensitivities
- Creating quiet moments of delight guests talk about later
- Upholding Fraegra’s service rituals and consultation standards
Fragrance knowledge can be taught. Presence, intuition, and generosity cannot.
