​Bhavisha’s role as Legal Director is to protect the business and its stakeholders through appropriate and effective advisory all whilst ensuring the company’s strategic goals are being met. Bhavisha has always been a lawyer, first starting off working in law firms then moved in-house. She loves working in-house and getting to really know a business and its industry and thrives when she supports the implementation of some exciting and game-changing projects.

Bhavisha’s ambitious streak resulted in her becoming a General Counsel at only 3 years qualified which meant she had to manage all the affairs of a fast-growing retail business, something most GC’s undertake after many years’ of work experience. This led to her applying and becoming a member of The Law Society of England and Wales’ In-house division committee and later its Chair which meant the opportunity to help others in the in-house community. Bhavisha also teaches students at the College of Legal Practice, preparing them for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam and separately trains qualified lawyers on hot topics within the in-house field.Bhavisha is passionate about being the best lawyer she can be and helping others to be the same.
